We start packing orders once our snow has retreated and temperatures wont get below -10. This is usually the end of March.
Trees and plants are sent out March-May while they are dormant. They are sent out by regional preference selected by the customer.
We do not ship plants during the summer, fall or winter.
We only offer Canada Post and Fedex rates. Pick the best delivery service that has gotten packages to you successfully in the past. If you have special needs or requests for shipping please get in contact with us.
There is no need to pay for higher shipping rates, the trees will be fine in the mail for up to 2 weeks but usually arrive within 7 days of shipping.
