Refund policy

  • Plants need to be removed from the package and planted (or heeled in) within 3 days of arrival. Leaving plants in warm or sunny area without being planted will void any chances of replacement or refund. 
  • The process for refunds requires you to contact us via email or phone to discuss the problem and find a solution. We will address the situation within 10 days of being contacted. 
  • Dormant plants will look dead if you are not familiar with planting bare root plants. You can scratch the bark near the base of the root/stem interface to confirm that the plant is alive by revealing green tissue. Also inspect the roots, dead plants will have limp roots that are easily broken. 
  • If you can confirm that the plants we sent you are dead by going through the above steps please contact us and send pictures. We can confirm that the plant material is dead and can promptly send you a refund. 
  • If we find a problem with the plants we are packing and deem them unfit to send we will promptly refund you or ask if we can replace it with a different plant
  • If you have problems with your plants and you think its our fault get in touch with us and we will do our best to make the situation right.
